fantastic stay, was so nice!

perfect locationhelpful staffdim lighting
the location was unbeatable, right next to key transport links. the beautiful suite square view room was amazing, spacious with great light. breakfast had a beautiful menu, i especially loved the pastries and fresh fruit. i found the staff helpful and really nice.
the lighting in some areas of the room was a little dim, especially noticeable in the evenings. better lighting would definitely enhance the cozy atmosphere even more. i needed brighter light for reading.

the hotel is close to public transport, like the metro and trams. it has many restaurants and shops, all within a short walk. i think this location is great for seeing all the city offers.

the reception staff was really helpful, they provided travel tips, directions, and suggestions for local attractions. breakfast had several options, like pastries, fresh fruit, and hot dishes, and the service there was attentive (especially in the morning!). the team were really good.

the location was convenient enough. the breakfast was acceptable enough.
the air conditioning unit could NOT be changed in the bedroom by remote. housekeeping was unable to fix this, therefore the room WAS very cold. hot water WAS on a first come basis and WAS NOT available all the time.

the staff was very helpful . the room was very well appointed with robes and slippers. the location was right in the middle of everything and close to many bakeries. i would definitely stay here again.
breakfast that i paid extra for was pretty basic. pastries seemed like they came out of a packet. ham and cheese were cheap processed product.
